Yana
Tunitsky was born in 1969 in Kharkov. She finished Kharkov State College.
Since 1990 Yana Tunitsky lives in New York where she recieved a B.F.A.
at Parsons School of Design with major in both painting and
textile art. Ms. Tunitsky`s works has been shown in numerous venues, which include
Monique NIchols Gallery, Le Bar Bat, Cafe Anyway, Carnegie Centers for the Arts in Princeton and the Center for the Arts in White Plains. New
York Association for New Americans commisioned Ms. Tunitsky to design
their Annual Award.
Ms. Tunitsky is currently a member of Scenic Artistic Union, and does design for a major textile house.
